SnapEdit AI User Terms

1. General Provisions

1.1 These Terms constitute a valid agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and the operator of the SnapEdit AI product (hereinafter referred to as "we") regarding your use of the SnapEdit AI product (hereinafter referred to as "the Product"). Your use of the Product shall be deemed as your full reading, understanding and acceptance of all provisions of these Terms.

1.2 The Product supports use without login or download. During use, you shall comply with national laws, regulations and the provisions of these Terms, and shall not use the Product for any illegal or non-compliant activities.

2. Product Usage Specifications

2.1 You may use the functions provided by the Product, such as "Photo Aging", "Age Selection", "Cartoon Generation" and "Filter Selection", to edit images that you legally own or have the right to use.

2.2 You warrant that the images and related content you upload to the Product do not infringe on any third party's legitimate rights and interests such as intellectual property rights, portrait rights and privacy rights, and do not contain content that violates public order and good customs or laws and regulations, such as obscenity, violence, discrimination and illegality. If any dispute arises due to the content you upload, you shall bear full responsibility; if any loss is caused to us, you shall compensate us accordingly.

2.3 You shall not conduct reverse engineering, reverse compilation, cracking or tampering on the Product, or use technical means to interfere with the normal operation of the Product or evade function restrictions. You shall also not use the technical achievements of the Product for commercial purposes (such as reselling, leasing editing services, etc.).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 All intellectual property rights of the Product (including but not limited to software code, interface design, functional algorithms, trademarks, logos, etc.) belong to us. Without our written permission, you shall not arbitrarily copy, disseminate, use or authorize others to use such intellectual property rights.

3.2 The copyright of the edited image results generated by you through the Product belongs to you. However, when using such results, you shall not violate laws, regulations and the provisions of these Terms, and shall not infringe on the intellectual property rights of the Product or the legitimate rights and interests of third parties.

4. Disclaimer

4.1 The Product only provides image editing technical services. We shall not be liable for the authenticity and legality of the original image content you upload, nor make any express or implied guarantee for the commercial value and applicability of the edited results.

4.2 We shall not be liable for compensation if you are unable to use the Product normally or suffer temporary data loss due to factors beyond our control, such as force majeure, network failure, equipment failure and abnormal third-party services. However, we will make every effort to assist in solving the problems.

4.3 You understand and agree that we have the right to adjust, update or suspend the services of the Product functions according to the development of technology, legal and regulatory requirements and other circumstances. Relevant adjustments will be notified to you through prompts on the Product interface and other means. If you continue to use the adjusted Product, it shall be deemed that you accept the relevant changes.

5. Privacy Protection

5.1 We attach great importance to your privacy protection and will handle the information involved in your use of the Product in accordance with the SnapEdit AI Privacy Policy. The Product can be used without login and does not actively collect your personal identity information. Image processing is given priority locally to ensure your information security.

6. Modification and Termination of the Terms

6.1 We have the right to modify these Terms according to actual circumstances. The modified Terms will be publicly notified in a prominent position on the Product interface. After the notification, if you continue to use the Product, it shall be deemed that you accept the modified Terms; if you do not agree, you shall stop using the Product immediately.

6.2 If you violate the provisions of these Terms, we have the right to terminate your right to use the Product immediately without assuming any liability for compensation; if any loss is caused to us, you shall bear corresponding liability for compensation.
